This 9-week community capacity-building course delves into running community groups at a strategic level. Learn how to build and sustain your group!
The course will cover the following modules:
- Develop & Nurture Your Community Group
- Strategic Planning
- Good Governance and Constitutional Requirements
- Managing Charity Finances
- Funding Applications
- Research
- Measuring Impact
- Introduction to Social Enterprise
When: Wednesdays 11 am-12:30 pm, 21 Sept.-16 Nov.
Where: Zoom and Google Classroom
